Winter can be very brutal to your skin, so here are 7 tips that can help your skin stay hydrated and beautiful inshaAllah.

  3. Dead Skin: Exfoliate your whole body in the shower every week to get rid of the dead skin on your body. You can use a body scrub or a body brush. 
  4. Body Butters: Butters, butters and even more butters try using body butters instead of lotions because most lotions have petroleum in it.
  5. Lips: Use coconut oil for your lips instead of lip balm unless the lip balm does not have petroleum in it.
  6. Makeup: Those who wear makeup make sure you moisturize before apply any makeup to your face. 
  7. Water: Drink lots of water which will keep your body and skin hydrated like 8 glasses a day.

  1. Great tips! For sure winter is the worst time for skin. I am hearing so much good about coconut oil and yet I have never tried it yet. Soon will have to pick some up!
