Dry Hair

The cause of dry hair is from harsh weather to lack of moisture so here are some 5 things you can do.

1.Shampoo: if you used shampoo product get the ones that don't have sulfate and paraban in the ingredients those can cause more dryness to the hair. Shampoo once a week to twice a week depending on your hair type but constantly shampooing will cause your hair to dry out. If you want to use something to wash your hair natural there is  castor soap, African black soap or apple cider vinegar recipe.

2. Conditioner:  always deep condition your hair that is a MUST you have to put the moisture back into your hair definitely after shampooing. Find a good deep conditioner that works for you and also there is natural recipes for conditioners if you don't want to use product.

3. Natural oils: use oils to keep the moisture and shine in your hair. Oils like coconut oil,  olive oil,  shea oil, mango oil or any of your favorite oils. these oils can range from heavy to light, so you have to figure out what works best for your hair because everyone's hair is different. You can also do hot oil treatments by mixing together oils, adding it to your hair and setting under the dryer for 20-30 mins this is a very effective method.

4. Moisturizer: use an leave in conditioner that's best for your hair. After you put in the moisturizer add oils to lock it in.

5. Co wash: conditioner wash is good when you need to wash but you don't want to strip your hair from all the product build up. This method will take out some product build up all you have to do is find a cleansing conditioner like Vo5 products or other products it doesn't have to be an expensive at all. I buy the Vo5 and that's only .99 at my local store and it works great for me.

This method is for all hair types and it can be colored, natural, relaxed or permed hair.
I'm not a professional but this is base on my experience and research.
